Return & Refund Policy – Yellybare

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return window
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resalable condition

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (bras and underwear) can only be returned if:

  • the product is unworn, and

  • all protective hygiene seals and tags are intact.

Non-returnable items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items with removed hygiene seals or tags

How to start a return

Email us at bareyelly@gmail.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (if requested)

We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 5–10 business days

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
bareyelly@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
